Shipping policy

Our shipping carrier is USPS. We ship First-Class Package and charge a flat rate of only $5 domestically.

Due to the nature of handmade items, we do not accept returns. We allow exchanges under the conditions that the item arrives damaged. If damaged, please contact us immediately via email hello.veryberrykoi@gmail.com with proof of damage upon arrival.
